Understanding your result
- Less than 60 is very poor
- 60 – 69 is poor
- 70 – 79 is fair
- 80 – 89 is good
- 90 – 100 is excellent
A visit your orthopaedic surgeon for a full assessment may be worthwhile if your score is very poor, poor or fair. In a typical consultation with your surgeon, you would be given the questionnaire plus a physical examination, and given a total score out of 100. Note that this survey includes all components except the physical examination for a total possible score of 91, so it is not as accurate as the score you will get from the full assessment. For the purposes of this exercise we express your score as a number out of 100.
